Sitting in the basement of her parents house in Calgary Alberta, Sheila Lacey found that she had a passion for music, acoustic guitar and singing. Having been writing some form of song since she was just ten years old, Sheila has recently truly grown into her own writing and song style, managing to record her debut album, Kept in Hand (2006) in roughly three weeks.
